[Users] Dates of emails all showing same minutes

As you can see from the enclosed image, claws is reporting the time of
arrival of my emails with a regularity that doesn't exist in real
life :)

I've checked my date format, which is %H%m %a  %d.%m.%y. 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

CM 3.17.1, Windows 10
