Another possibility towards achieving the same result: in addition to the
option to notify about only included folders, add an option to notify about all
folders besides excluded folders (for the reasons explained here:
https://www.thewildbeast.co.uk/claws-mail/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4208#c2).
