[Users] My Menu Bar Is Missing

Hi All,

Ok, really old version of claws-mail: 3.13.2.  I know this.

I recently added "X-Original-To:" src/prefs_matcher.c, recompiled,
and installed.  Then, yesterday, I rebuilt a folder tree for an
account. Today I notice that account is now at the bottom of the
list.  In researching how to fix that, I all-of-a-sudden notice my
menu bar ("File", "Edit", "View", "Message",' Tools",
"Configuration", "Help") is gone!

Anybody got any idea what happened and how to get it back?

Things I've tried:

    . Restoring *all* the config files in $HOME/.claws-mail
    . Restoring claws-mail from backup

Help?
