[Users] emails in spam folders are not downloaded

By default, Claws-Mail doesn't download IMAP messages bodies anywhere,
unless

- a filtering or processing rule depends on the message body
- you select "Synchronise for offline use" in the message folder's
  properties

The second one will probably achieve what you are looking for.
Although, if:

The deletion is going to remove local copies of messages too. Maybe you
want to add a filter rule to move any message in your provider's Spam
folder to another, normal folder of your choice.
