Search function in bugzilla used to work fine but now it doesn't because the
HTML is broken by some added text in the header and footer.

STR:

0. Disable JavaScript in browser (I have always used the site this way, no
problems till now)

1. Use the search function on the site with the word "test" or:

EXPECTED:

The output HTML should be valid.

ACTUAL:

The browser shows a black page. "View source" reveals extra text in the
beginning of the HTML and two <html>...</html> sections:
