1. Go offline
2. Do something requiring network connection (e.g. check email or refresh RSS)
3. When asked "You're working offline. Override?" click "Yes"

EXPECTED:

The icon showing connection status should change to show "online".

ACTUAL:

The icon keeps showing "offline".
