A proxy engine would be nice.

1) I load a text file full of proxies
2) claws-mail will always use a different proxy from my list to send email.

claws-mail will keep the same good used proxy until sending fails & then, 
it will automatically try a new proxy in the list & continues with it

all that procedure is thesame for all email accounts but with always 
a different proxy/ip per account.
