[Users] roughly 7-8 second delays for "Fetching message"---seems to be libravatar?

A last observation around this:

I get the 2-sec delay every time I toggle "Show all headers", this
sounds particularly unexpected to me, sounds like a cache access issue.

My settings, attached.
