It should be one script to toggle between original and wrapped view, so

Actually I even don't know how to do it by two actions:

[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ tail -2 .claws-mail/actionsrc
Wrap lines: |fmt -s -w 75|
Unwrap lines: cat %f

"cat" for example opens an additional window.
