[Users] gpg2 locks CPU core to 100%

Hi,

I just built the latest 3.17.4 running on Xubuntu 16.04 

I have noticed that if I flick through folders quite quickly I see gpg2
run and ramp up on core to 100% which on occasion also locks the
computer until I go to thwe CLI and kill the process.
