[Users] Unchecking "Get mail" for this account does not stop Claws from trying to get mail for the account

Hi, since version 3.17.0, that checkbox only controls whether or not
that account is included in manual mail check (via the main window's
'Get Mail' button).

Automatic mail checking is controlled via additional controls also on
Receive page of account preferences. A given account can either have
its own autocheck interval, follow the global interval (set in the main
preferences dialog), or not be autochecked at all.
