[Users] claws-mail ignores `~` (tilde) at the begining of an email address

~test-email-address at example.com, test~another~email at example.com

^ When highlighting and linking to an email address claws-mail ignores
if a tilde symbol (~) appears at the begining of an address, however if
it appears in between other characters the address is highlighted.
