[Users] Problem in new install

After installing a new OS (went from Devuan to PCLinuxOS), I find the behaviour of Claws-Mail changed: 

- Delete no longer moves to wastebin, but marks the message in blue in the message list window

- No longer goes to next unread message after Delete.

Can this be reversed/corrected ?
