Patch to handle additional Date header formats

I encountered several emails in my inbox which had present Date headers but
which were not detected as valid by Claws.

Attached is a patch which adds parsing for dates of the form: `Wed Jul  3
12:34:56 2019` and `Wed Jul  3 12:34:56 2019 +0000`

(This was previously posted on the mailing list but it was suggested I should
post it here instead for review)
