Tried that from various places (@Home, connected to Orange, in France, and
from the office in New York, USA), and speeds are much higher than yours.
I can share the traceroutes if you are interested, though we all know that
this is little value when we are facing assymetric routing.
Not sure if you shared your traceroute with Colin, but maybe you should,
and give him your IP so that he can try a traceroute from the server whose
IP is 212.83.157.151, so that you can check if there is something odd there.
What's quite sure is that the server itself is not responsible... Now,
depending on how many backbones the traffic goes thru, it may be difficult
to find the culprit, and even more to find the fix :(
