[Users] Claws mailing list email disappears

A couple of weeks ago my ISP implemented a new mail filter, and now all the
mail from this mailing list disappears into a Junk bucket.

Not surprisingly, according to the ISP it is the mailing list software
that is to blame.

I have attached the headers of such a mail message, do you see anything
unusual that can/should be fixed? And who should/can fix it?
