When I try to save a normal email with only a message body, it works as
expected. If, however, I try to save an email with attachments, there is simply
nothing happening. It does not matter which method I use to save the email
(context menu, shortcut, file menu).

Failure: Email save dialog does not open. No error message either.

Expected behaviour: Either the email is saved with attachments in the mail
body, or an error message appears telling me that it is not possible to save
emails with attachments.
