Something is different. Maybe my gnutls library. However, the same versions of
libetpan and claws-mail work on my old system, but give the error "cannot
STARTTLS" and "stream error" on my new system.

I have tried 3.13.2 and 3.16.0 with libetpan 1.6 and 1.8. All combinations give
such an error on the system with gnutls 3.6.0.

However, 3.13.2 with libetpan 1.6 and gnutls 3.2.12.1 still works.

The SMTP server is the same one in all cases.
