[Users] Setting colors to folder names

Thank you, stupid me, I overlooked something which was blatantly
clear, even though I looked several times at the properties.  Problem
solved.

But still this question: I can see the complete tree of folders in
folderlist.xml, but this is only the tree, no properties.  There is also
the tree in folderitemrc and in this file properties of the folders
are specified, such as color. But the tree in folderitemrc is not
complete.  Amongst others, there is no entry for the draft folder,
hence no color= option.  Nevertheless, the folder color is blue, not the
default black.  How come?
