Numeric character references are not unescaped when viewing the HTML
alternative.

To reproduce:
1. Receive an email with HTML only part and non-ASCII contents like "абвгд"
encoded with numeric character reference
2. View it

Expected result:
The message frame displays "абвгд"

Actual results:
Message window displays the raw string "абвгд"
