The whole world solves that problem by either

a) trusting the developer,  or

b) eliding the sensitive parts of the debug data.  So remove userids 
     and passwords, or financial data.  Honestly programmers trying 
     to solve bugs don't care about the personal stuff in dumps and
     traces.
   
     Failing that, set up your own test data and process it alone (eg 
     by sending yourself test messages, or getting other people to 
     send them etc).
