Somehow I doubt you value your time as highly as you claim,
for you are happy to waste it going on and on about this issue.
You can separate the Bug emails with a filter that looks for
"[Bug " in the Subject. Tht's harly a "sophisticted filter", and even
if it were... you need to learn how to use CM to get the best out of
it.
A quick look inside one of these emails suggests that filtering on the
X-Bugzilla-Who: removed-gdpr at example.com
line will allow you to delete those that are copies of things you entered
on Bugzilla.
