Unfortunately, in 3.14.1, this part was still buggy, sorry about that.
In file accountrc, you will have to manually change protocol= line for
each IMAP, NNTP, Local and SMTP-only accounts - just decrease by two,
so for IMAP, 3 becomes 1, for NNTP, 4 becomes 2, etc.

Modify the file while Claws Mail is not running, of course.
