[Users] Spell checking for second language stopped working after OS update

They don't seem empty when looking at the installed
files. I have checked 'man enchant' which has a
section "DIRECTORIES IMPORTANT TO ENCHANT" at the end
of which I read:

"
Packagers  and users may wish to make symbolic links
to the system-wide dictionary directories. Or,
preferably, use the --with-myspell-dir,
--with-ispell-dir, and --with-uspell-dir 'configure'
arguments.
"

Is any of these options relevant to the process of
compiling of CM? Maybe this would fix things?
