On Debian, I get what looks like good results with the  (I do not
understand the words, but I get lines starting with &, and several
suggestions) with aspell-bg
and myspell-bg (only one of them installed on each try). With
aspell, I get slightly more suggestions, which is ok, because they are
different dictionaries.

With aspell-bg:
& пробаа 19 17: проба, пробва, пробка, пробна, пробра, просба, пробоя,
побая, пробата, пропя, роба, пробвай, пробвам, пробия, побай, проби,
проза, пропан, проспа

With myspell-bg:
& пробаа 9 17: проба, пробата, побара, пробна, пробра, пробва, пробка,
проба а, прокоба

So it seems that the issue is specific to Opensuse. My guess is that the
dictionaries are empty, or at least enchant sees them as empty, and
therefore every word is considered misspelled (and Claws Mail shows it
in red).
