STR:

1. Switch to offline mode
2. Try to do something which requires connection (e.g. check mail)
3. When asked "You're working offline. Override?" click "Yes"
4. Press Ctrl+W twice to switch to online and then to offline again

EXPECTED:

The overriding should expel and CM should switch to offline state (like in step
1).

ACTUAL:

CM remains online.
