Can someone answer me ?

As following the threads is confusing even if I try hard.

I need advise.

Because i want to see more messages in my inbox, I’d like to have the message list in only one line.
At present, the date and sender is on the second line, I’d like them to be on the first line.
Having one line per message will show more messages on the view panel.

You may have better luck using View -> Open in new window (Ctrl-Alt-N)
instead of whatever GTK window you're currently using.  That option
is greyed out when multiple messages are selected, but hopefully you
can invoke it from a python script.
