[Users] Testing Windows version with newer Webkit

Hello all,

I have finally managed to make a newer Webkit version compile for
Windows, and so I have prepared Windows packages for testing. I would
appreciate if someone can give it a go.

It is basically 3.16.0-1 release, with nothing else changed but
WebkitGTK library, which has been updated from 2.3.5a to 2.4.11 - the
latest version which still had support for webkit1 API, as well as
GTK+2.

Hopefully this will fix at least some of the HTML-mail-related crashes
that have been reported.
