I'm experiencing this as well.  Sometimes, when I move a message by dragging it
to another folder, the message stays in the original folder, but turns blue and
gets marked as "To be moved".  If I restart Claws Mail, the message is back to
the usual unmarked and coloured state, but still in the original folder.

Is this a problem with my IMAP server or with Claws Mail?  Unfortunately, the
problem started happening right after I upgraded both packages (from Claws Mail
3.15.1 to Claws Mail 3.16.0, and from Dovecot 2.2 to Dovecot 2.3.0).
