[Users] RSSyl: disable some feed

CM 3.16.0 with RSSyl.

I have dozens and dozens of feeds. I'm very happy with RRsyl, but I
have a few dead feeds that I want to keep but no point in having:

> *** RSSyl: No valid feed found at 'http://mpkelley.com/blog/rss.xml'

How can I disable the feeds without deleting them?
