Happened again, same pattern:

- got into a loop trying to fetch non-existent messages in the Queue folder

- there is a bunch (more than a dozen) local files in
imapcache/..../Inbox/Queue

- their UID's again exceed the UIDNEXT of Inbox.Queue on the server

- their content are incoming messages, not outgoing messages

- there are zero messages in the server Inbox.Queue folder
