Right clicking on an entry in address in Address book doesn't have an option to
copy only the email address.

Also copying the email address from a message (right click->Copy this address)
copies it with the name, e.g. "<John Doe> john at doe.com"

It would be useful to have options to copy only the email address and/or only
the name for the purpose of using the copied string in filter. Even better:
additional option to directly right click and have an option "Use address as
From/To/Cc/Subject/Tag filter"
