The mail client's connection is not generally (should not be)
evaluated for purposes of spam (people submit mail from all manner of
connections). Rather, it's the submission server and on that are the
evaluated entities. 

A properly configured submission server should only care about the
submitter's credentials, not the network details, (unless of course
it has reason to be specifically restricted) so you should be able to
submit from a Tor connection just as easily as anywhere else.

All that said ... I think this is now rather off topic for the Claws
list.
