I have a Gmail box with 100+ folders (some with quite a few messages). Clicking
"Get Mail" takes a while and during this process if I click on any folder - I
can't see the messages in it. All I see is just the mouse cursor waiting for
the update to finish. This practically freezes the whole process of working
with the program during the sync.

Would it be possible to make claws-mail to allow browsing the folders during
sync with the mail server? GNOME Evolution can do that and it simply shows the
newly arrived messages after the sync completes.
