Is it possible that I need something else?
How can I find out why it is not working?

BTW I also tried the option called Command with:

notify-send -t 10000 "Claws Mail" "New mail"

(just so that I get some notification when new mail arrives)

But it doesn't work either. Should that go into a separate bug report?
