[Users] claws checks disabled accounts

It's a bit tricky and do not get it yet. Just now I was asked again
for the certificate, which I declined. Now pressing Ctrl+i or
Ctrl+Shift+i does not check the account in question again. Do you have
an idea how this is possible?
