[Users] two finger touchpad scroll is different from mouse middle button scroll

On my machine, with Claws 3.17.2, the behavior is the same for all the
panels, and consistant between the touchpad and the mouse...

> Claws version is 3.16.0.
What about upgrading to the most recent version ?
