I don't know; do mail clients typically look for this header for
threading purposes? I would have thought they use only the standard
In-Reply-To but maybe I am wrong.
Perhaps I could write the message, save it in the drafts folder, edit
it with a text editor to add the missing In-Reply-To header, then
reopen it and send it with Claws Mail.
