Not without seeing the message (please use 'forward as attachment' if
you want to share it) or, perhaps, seeing the output of `claws-mail
--debug` from the moment you select the message.

Just in case... when you said that the Dillo-plugin is "enabled", did
you mean that it is loaded in Claws Mail?
