[Users] Problem with GPG

Hello!

After moving to a fresh system openSUSE Leap 42.3 my GPG does not work anymore.

The folder .gnupg is there with all the keys but for example kgpg shows nothing.
Also when I want to sign an email I get "no key found" or something.

What can I do to make claws-mail find my keys which reside in /home/andreas/.gnupg ?
Permissions are ok.
