[Users] Put quotes in the end of the reply

Is there a config option or plugin that would allow me to place quoted 
lines in the reply in the end of the message?

I mean, currently, when I reply to a message with a quote, it looks like 
this:
___________
> $SomeQuotedLines

$EmptySpaceForComposingTheMessage

--
$MySignature
___________

By ___________ I designated the beginning and ending of the message.

What I would like is for the message with a quote to look like this:
___________
$EmptySpaceForComposingTheMessage

--
$MySignature

> $SomeQuotedLines
___________
