[Users] Implementing proper search functionality

I consider 'Quick Search' to be a "proper search functionality". It's
method for displaying results does not quite match what you want, but
OTOH it can do a lot of the stuff which you complain about as being
missing.

For example, Quick Search can do a recursive search through all
folders, if you start at the root folder. In its Extended mode you can
search in complete messages. Folders with matching messages are
indicated.
