[Users] Fancy plugin

Like the OP I'm very much a 'non expert'. I have Ubuntu 17.04 and I found I could install the Fancy plugin with Synaptic Package Manager: I searched
for 'claws-mail' and it listed all the plugins so I could install any that I chose. I realise that things might be different with 17.10 but it might
be worth trying Synaptic first?
