OK, I see my mistake. I looked at that menu. I didn't see the TNEF
plugin in the list on the left, so I concluded it wasn't installed
correctly or some such.
But that is a list of *loaded* modules. Doh! I hit "load...", selected
the appropriate module, and went from there.
