This would become an issue later. You need to mark all dependencies of
Claws related packages as manually installed, e.g. "spamassassin" and
autoremove the packages that belong to claws, e.g.
"claws-mail-spamassassin", but lets ignore this for the moment.
Please as user (not as superuser) run
git clone git://git.claws-mail.org/claws.git
cd claws/
git pull --all
make clean
./autogen.sh
and post the output of "./autogen.sh".
