The current search in claws-mail is very slow on large amounts of emails.

I looked at various alternatives, but most require significant changes (like
using MariaDB or some dedicated indexing database).

But, it seems "notmuch" could integrate with claws-mail and provide excellent
search features for large amounts of emails.
