[Users] [BUG 3854] IMAP error on imap.qip.ru: parse error

This is interesting.  This is the same error I've been getting from
Yahoo's servers for the last two weeks. I wonder if there is a
connection between the two issues?  

I corrected my connection by editing:
Configuration->EditAccounts..->Account<name>->Receive->Authorisation->Plain-Text

Try that and see if your connection is no longer broken. If it corrects
your problem please report back here to the list.  Otherwise let your
ISP know they may have broken server.
