[Users] Messing around with the Sent folder

Hi,

3.14.1 on arch.

I haven't yet messed with the Sent folder, but I would like to
make  subfolders within the sent folder. Right now I have 5400 emails
in the sent. I'd like to group them by topic/person

What are the consequences? Crash? A mess?...
