[Users] Firefox change causes problems with opening links

I just updated my Firefox to 45.6.0 and when clicking on links in
emails the link wouldn't open.  Did a little Googling and found that
they have removed the -remote option.  I'm sure most of you know this
by now, I'm a little behind on updating Firefox.
