[Users] [Bug 3772] Initial download of Email Server has stopped at 1096 messages and IT won't GIT the rest. WTF?

The problem resolved itself somehow. I forgot that I had left it running and it
eventually got the rest of the Emails, so now I'm good to go but I am surprised
that HTML message formatting isn't available. WTF? Why just TEXT only?
